Inquire
This is the time to share any and everything! From your color palette and wedding theme to how you met your Fiance! Submit a Formal Inquiry, with all of the best details of course! After we chat for a bit, we'll arrange a phone call or coffee date to go over all of the formal details.
02.
Consult
When you book with us, you receive Complimentary Timeline Creation and Planning Assistance! You can expect a consultation phone call to narrow down your expectations for the day, and a color-coated timeline for you and your wedding party to easily reference.
03.
Finalize
Let's make this thing official! We will write up everything we chatted about into a formal contract. This protects you as the couple, and us as your photographers! After you sign and pay our Non-Refundable Retainer, we will "officially" be your Wedding Photographers!
04.
Schedule
Now's the time to schedule your Complimentary Engagement session! This is a great opportunity to get comfortable in front of our lens and capture beautiful photos for your Save-the-Dates and Signage.

Do you offer payment plans?
We do! We're always open to splitting up your bill into monthly payments, manageable increments, and setting custom due dates, at no extra cost to you! After your non-refundable retainer of $500 is paid, you can split your remaining balance however you'd like, as long as everything is paid in full by 1 week prior to your wedding date!
Are Wedding Packages customizable?
We have found Wedding Packages are not always a "One Size Fits All" scenario. Our packages are a great starting point when considering your budget, wants, and needs for Wedding Photography. Submit an inquiry to discuss package accommodations
How long will it take to see our Gallery?
Our turnaround time can vary by season, although you can always ask about adding 48 Hour "Sneak Peeks" to any of our packages that don't include it already! Typically, you’ll be able to view a full a portrait gallery in 2-3 weeks from the date booked, and a Wedding Gallery in 3-6 weeks. Please note, these are only estimates and timeframes are subject to change during busy season.
How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?
The sooner the better! We recommend our couples book us 10+ months before the wedding date.
Do you have Business Insurance?
In addition to being a legal LLC business, we can also provide proof of Business Insurance to the appropriate parties if need be. Just let us know if this is a requirement from your Wedding Venue, and put us in contact with who needs the information, and we will take care of the rest!
How do travel fees work?
All travel outside of a 50 mile radius from Rocky Mount, North Carolina will be charged a set fee of $0.50 per mile. Additionally, overnight stay accommodations are required for all out-of-state weddings, and non-local weddings that need our services past 10:00PM.
Travel fees for non-local Engagement sessions and wedding related travel are sent in a separate invoice and due no earlier than 7 days prior to your event date.
